This utility monitors the status of installed hard disks and provides real-time notifications via a tower lamp system. The tower lamp, equipped with red, amber, and green lights, indicates the current status of disk usage: green for normal, amber as a warning, and red when the disk is full.
Integrated with a PLC, the system halts the station process by interlocking the conveyor when the HDD reaches full capacity. This setup is fully configurable and managed by the admin, helping prevent vision data loss and reducing the need for costly RAID installations.
Continuous monitoring of installed hard disks ensures that any increase in disk usage is detected, with alerts generated well before capacity limits are reached.
The tower lamp displays the disk status with green (OK), amber (Warning), and red (Danger) indicators, allowing operators to take timely action.
Through PLC integration, the system stops the conveyor automatically when the HDD is full, preventing any further process issues and protecting critical vision data from potential loss.
The entire system is configurable via an admin interface, allowing customized alerts and process controls for streamlined maintenance and oversight.
